Complete an online questionnaire; it will take you less than 1 hour. You will receive a response within 2-5 business days.
Interview with your future manager and leaders from other areas. This process takes 1-2 weeks and is the most extensive part.
Complete a technical challenge; it won't take you more than 6 hours. The process takes 1-2 days and evaluates both your technical skills and your ability to collaborate. We will compensate you for the time you spend on the challenge!
Provide professional references. We will verify them within 2-5 days. This happens in parallel with the challenge to speed up the process.
If everything goes well, you will receive a formal offer to join the team.
