All your documents signed in Mifiel will have a "certain date" (fecha cierta), a requirement of the SAT and the National Law of Asset Forfeiture, as they include a NOM-151 certificate of preservation. Furthermore, the certificate grants a presumption of integrity before a judge.
Some sectors, such as banking, are subject to demanding regulations and processes that require confidential handling of their documents. At Mifiel, we offer an optional private signing process to ensure this.
